These terms govern your access to and use of the Cashfes website, app and pickup service. By using Cashfes, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cashfes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Cashfes. You must also be the rightful owner of any device you list for sale, free of any outstanding loans, insurance claims or theft reports.

3. The Cashfes Service

Cashfes provides an instant valuation for used electronics based on the information you provide, followed by a doorstep pickup where a verified partner physically inspects the device.

  • The price shown online is an estimate based on the details you provide
  • The final price is confirmed after physical inspection at pickup
  • If undisclosed damage is found, you'll be informed of the revised price before the sale is completed
  • You may decline the sale at any point before payment is made

4. Pricing & Payments

Once a sale is confirmed at pickup, payment is transferred to your registered UPI ID or bank account, typically within a few minutes of verification. Cashfes does not charge any listing, pickup or service fee to sellers.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your device, remove any personal accounts (iCloud, Google, screen locks) before pickup, and ensure you are the legal owner of the device being sold.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Cashfes to sell stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained devices, or to submit false information about a device's condition or ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cashfes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the value of that transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cashfes after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
